Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients' roofing needs and provide expert recommendations on appropriate roofing solutions.
Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and terms with potential customers to secure roofing projects.
Collaborate with our roofing installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build lasting relationships and foster repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and build rapport.
Solid understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and proposals efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory. Perks and Benefits: Pay structure is based on Sales experience. 5+ years 15% per deal. 10+ years 20% per deal. Monthly bonuses for 8+ deals closed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
